Charing Heath driver Disqualified for 6 months!

As of 20/03/26 a female driver from the Charing Heath area was found guilty at Court, of driving whilst disqualified and without third party insurance. 

The driver was stopped by CSU Officers in the latter months of 2025, driving a vehicle which was not insured to her. License checks at the roadside showed that she was disqualified from driving, albeit her ban was due to end imminently. 

She was given Court costs to cover and an additional 6 month disqualification from driving as well as the car being seized at the roadside when she was initially stopped.
